A simple yet delicious guacamole recipe!

Ripe avocados
Lemon
1 Onion
1/2 tsp Salt

tbsp Olive oil
1 Jalapeño pepper*
Directions
1. Wash
all the vegetables thoroughly.
2. Dice the onion and tomato*. Cut avocados in half.
3. Remove flesh from avocados and place it in bowl. With a fork, mash the avocado
4. Add the onion and the rest of the vegetables* and mix.
5. Add salt, olive oil and lemon juice to taste.
* Optional: jalapeño, tomato, coriander.
Pro tip: If you want to add jalapeño, put on disposable gloves and take away the seeds and veins as this is where the "hotness" comes from. Gloves will protect you from any irritation from the jalapeño.
